David is Managing Director of First Capital, and has consistently ranked as the company's highest producer.

David has been profiled in Real Estate Finance Today and The American Lawyer publications, and serves as a frequent commentator for The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, the Los Angeles Times, and several television news programs.

David is a licensed real estate attorney, and previously practiced law with the firm of Skadden, Arps. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from Columbia University.
